J4 was created by Japan’s leading audio-visual equipment company, JVC. It is capable of speech, face and obstacle recognition. It uses 2 types of servos and its body was built with aluminum frames. This tiny robot is only 7.8 inches tall but its lithium-ion battery allows it to operate for 90 minutes at a time.
