  • Power Loader Light by Panasonic Active Link is an exoskeleton research robot suit invented in 2010. It is the brother of an earlier creation called Power Loader. The robot suit’s main purpose is to make lifting in industrial settings easier. Unlike the original Power Loader, Power Loader Light only gives extra leg power to the user. It maximizes leg power by up to 88 pounds. It matches leg movement and allows the user to transfer weight when carrying heavy objects. A unit can be bought for about $233,000 USD.
