The Drone Xpo (TDX) is the European Drone event based on innovation and networking. TDX will make a statement to the world of today delivering the proof of new concepts and drone applications. TDX provides a look into the drone technology of today and tomorrow.
The Xpo will feature an variety of manufacturers of drones, flightcontrol systems, batteries, motors, electronics, software, sensors and camera’s. Universities and other institutes will share their knowledge and give a look at their current innovative studies. Drone operators will show you their capabilities in the field of photography, mapping, inspections etcetera. TDX will also give attention to safety and regulations related to the c.
Xpo Area
The Drone Xpo takes place in an “aeronautical enviroment” named Hangar 11. Hangar 11 is a big building on the former military airport Twenthe. This hangar was the service workshop of the F16 fighter jets and helicopters of the Royal Dutch Airforce. This environment inspires exhibitors, visitors and students to share new ideas and start cooperation to give the drone business a boost.
Demo Cage
TDX arranged a special Demo Cage for exhibitors to demonstrate their new products and innovations. This cage kan be reserved for demonstrations of new products, applications and solutions. The TDX Demo Cage is in the centre of the Xpo Area, attention and visibility is guaranteed.
Innovation Area
On Friday and Saturday there is a special Innovation Area in which knowledge institutions and their students have the oppurtunity to show their innovative projects.
Conference Area
One of the F16 shelters is equipped as conference room. Snapshot presentations and knowledge sharing will be key in this conference room.
FPV-Race
The FPV Race covers an area of 1500m2 with air gates, obstacles en many more challenges. FPV racers will join the competition with the FPV race world. A number of the worlds best FPV racers will be there to show their skills.
