  • As a premiere university, popular not only in the country but worldwide, the University of Glasgow caters to more than 23,000 students, who are being taught in the university’s four Colleges namely, the Colleges of Arts, Science & Engineering, Medical, Veterinary & Life Sciences, and the College of Social Sciences.

    Each of these colleges is composed of its respective schools. These schools are devoted to equip their students with solid experience and provide them with the vital information needed in their field of specialization.

    One of these schools is the School of Computing Science where students are provided with the highest standards in research and training. It has seven major research groups, which carry on all researches and trainings. Computer Vision and Graphics group is one of the research groups wherein students are immersed into the world of robotics through computer vision research, 3D vision systems, and binocular robot vision systems.

    The university also includes other research facilities and centers, each providing students and researchers the highest standards in the field of research and teaching. The University of Glasgow was among the top 100 universities in the world, and has been even ranked as the 51st university in the world, its highest ever.
