VSNU serves as the Association of Universities, which is constituted of fourteen Dutch universities. Together with other Dutch organizations, VSNU is involved in the IMDI project. The goal of the project is to make sure that the knowledge infrastructure associated with medical services continues to improve.
As the population ages and healthcare expenses increase, the healthcare system will face a number of challenges. By investing in research and innovation for the medical sector, Project IMDI aims at contributing to the health of general public while making meaningful contributions to the economy as well as the field of science.
