Sony’s AIBO ERS-210 is an upgraded version of the previous AIBO ERS-110.  Despite its cheaper price, this 2nd generation entertainment dog robot offers additional amusing life-like features such as temperature and vibration sensors. 

AIBO ERS-210 comes with a 32 MB memory stick and a choice of different software packages, including:

• AIBO Life software, which allows it to grow from a puppy to an adult
• AIBO Hello upgrade, which enables it to show its abilities and maturity with its entertaining robot personality
• Party Mascot, which is used to enable game performances like “paper, scissor, rock”
• Party Fun Pack, which is utilized together with the AIBO Life Pack and a Windows PC to show how much his AIBO has matured
• AIBO Master Studio, a computer based software, that allows customization of  AIBO  

Additionally, the new AIBO ERS-210 easily responds to 40 words and phrases, if it’s in the mood.  These entertaining added features come 50% cheaper at $1,500.  Now, that’s cooler than you thought.
