In the 2006 ROBO-ONE Tournament, the Sumii family again showed that they were a tough team to defeat. At this tournament, they used Arius, a robot that focused exclusively on Hitec servos. Using this kind of servo, the Sumii family were able to implement a double servo knee configuration in their robot.

During the competition, Arius showed its stability as it walked around the battle arena – moving forwards, backwards, and sideways. The blue-colored bipedal robot showed its resistance and strength as it stood steady while being hit in its body. It was also able to track and attack its opponent.
