  • Bandit robot was developed by the University of Southern California in USA. The goal of creating Bandit robot was to provide a bridge to the autistic children for them to get back in the social world. Autistics appear to interact comfortably with the Bandit robot than with humans. This robot has a very high potential of honing and improving the communication skills of these children.

    Additionally, the Bandit robot also plays an important role in the social and cognitive aspect of the elderly. It provides clear instructions and motivates elderly to perform their necessary activities. It won’t be long before we start to see Bandit robot taking a stroll in the corridors of our nursing institutions.
