This humanoid robot, called Bender HP, was developed at the Universidad de Chile. It entered in the robocup@home category of the 2009 Robocup and got an honorable place at the 2010 Robocup.
With great improvements such as the addition of three computers in its brain, Bender HP was equipped with greater autonomy and a better ability to interact with its environment. Several hardware upgrades were also added, which was evident with its improved communication skills and the USB-facilitated amplification system.
