  • Candy 5 is a robot developed by Nirvana Technology Incorporated - now known as the Hajime Research Institute. This robotic project was funded by New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO).

    Standing at 120 centimeters, Candy 5 can do the perfect swing to put a golf ball straight into the hole. It has a wheel-driven platform which enables it to move around or adjust its stance for that hard-hitting swing. Nirvana technology intended to place Candy 5 robot in areas where the sport Golf is commonly played.
