DiGORO

  • DiGORO is a humanoid robot developed by a team of students at the Nagai Lab of University of Electro-Communications (UEC). Standing 5 feet tall and weighing 24 pounds, DiGORO is capable of learning variety of tasks by simply watching someone doing the task.

    The humanoid robot just simply remembers the size, color, and shape of the object and what to do with it. In addition, DiGORO can also remember individuals by storing in its memory the shape of the face together with the name, i.e. Mrs. Smith.
