  • Dreamer is a humanoid robot developed by the researchers at UT Austin in collaboration with Meka Robotics. Dreamer robot, also known as the ‘Sociable humanoid robot Head’, is designed to have advanced artificial intelligence allowing it to respond to gestures and even emotions.

    One of the goals of the developers in creating the Dreamer robot is to provide an approachable, friendly robot capable of socializing with humans. Developers are also developing robotic arm for Dreamer that would permit human-like movements.

    • Integrated cameras in eyes allow recognition of gestures and facial expressions
    • Designed after anime characters that prevents users from having near-valley experience
