Faustex System Corporation developed a robot as part of the Hyperkinetic Humanoid Robot Project. Not only is it artistic, it also has anthropomorphic features. Its developers call it the Hyperkinetic Humanoid or H2-X robot.

The H2-X was developed to be much faster than us, but was created to be operated safely, especially when interacting with people.  To accomplish that, this robot is covered with foams and fabric making it not dangerous for human interaction.

Often touted as an advanced martial arts robot, the H2-X is also an entertainment robot capable of doing some routine moves like dancing and theater acting. This humanoid robot also has 24 Degrees of Freedom (DOF) and its complex movement ability can compete even with the most advanced industrial or academic robot.

The H2-X robot stands 193 cm tall and weighs 163kg.

    Features:

    • Lightweight foams and fabric skin
    • Anthropomorphic
    • Biped robot
