Hai Bao by Zhejiang University
Zhejiang University has created a highly smart service robot named Hai Bao. This robot is designed to fulfill several tasks at the Shanghai World Expo 2010 to be held in China.
Standing 1.55 meters, Hai Bao robot is capable of speaking, shaking hands, and taking pictures with visitors. With its voice synthesis capability, Hai Bao robot can converse in 6 different dialects. Thirty-seven of the same models of Hai Bao robot will be used in the Expo.
