South Korean robot developer Robobuilder created a humanoid robot called HUNO. This robot has the capability to walk on two legs.
Beside bipedal walking, HUNO can also jog, do headstands and can even do a martial arts move, like kicking. These are all possible mainly due to the installed motion programming, allowing this humanoid to dance, walk, move and do some martial arts movements.
This humanoid robot comes in the form of a kit. The kit has interchangeable modules and, when joined together, creates a computer programmable robot. The HUNO, together with several of Robobuilder’s robots like DINO and DOGY, is remote controlled and its movement files can easily be downloaded from the internet.
