KAIST has once again come up with another full-sized humanoid robot, the Jaemi HUBO 2. It has a 20% slimmer body design and is made with an aluminium endoskeleton and a polycarbonate frame.
It is capable of running at a speed of 3.6kmph with 30cm strides, and walking at a speed from 1.2kmph to 1.8kmph.
HUBO 2’s arm movements were made quicker and more natural in motion. It can also operate continuously for up to 120 minutes.
