Kondo KHR-1HV is a humanoid robot developed by Kondo Kagaku.  It has 19 degrees of freedom and is powered by an 800mAh Nickel Hydrogen battery for longer operation life. It is equipped with an additional servo, the KHRS-4024S, which is located in the shoulder’s rotation shafts.  With 2 servos working together, the KRS-788 HV and the KHRS-4024S, the shoulder is able to move more fluidly and is given an extended range of motion.

The KHR-1HV also has a unique motherboard installed into its control system.  It unifies the individual control settings without detaching them from the motherboard.  Its arm is a resin-treated servo, which makes assembly easier and results in smoother movement and better strength. It also has a newly designed knee that allows for dynamic motion.
