Lion Cub Alive is another robotic toy developed by WowWee. These Alive minis are packed with special features and functions. The Lion Cub Alive in particular has several servomotors onboard that allow the robot to blink its eyes and move its mouth. Touch sensors are strategically mounted on its head and back to allow the lion cub robot to respond to a head pat or back scratch. A Tilt sensor has been integrated into it allowing the robot to determine its inclination. A mini-speaker is also placed inside the mouth of the cub for a realistic lion growl.

Lion Cub Alive has a Sleep mode which activates when the cub is being cuddled or has been left alone for too long. Inclusive in the package are an adoption certificate and a family portrait.
