MK Robot
MK Robot is Thailand’s first commercial entertainment robot, developed and financed by the National Innovation Agency, MK Restaurants, and the Ministry of Science and Technology. It is designed to wait on customers at tables in chain restaurants and give service with a smile. MK Robot, also known as “Din Sor,” interacts independently with its human customers, displays emotions on its face, and receives customer orders through a remote control. It can also take pictures and send them wirelessly. MK Robot records the likes and dislikes of its customers, thus reducing the chance of mistakes in taking or delivering orders.
