  • Initiated in 2000, developers at the Chalmers University created a robot called Priscilla. It has a plastic skeleton, titanium reinforcements and linear actuators. Standing at 70 cm, this humanoid robot was the first full size robot created in Sweden.

    Its skeleton has anthropomorphic geometry and allows close connection in its movement capabilities. This robot was made strong and fast enough to be able to walk like a normal person. Priscilla is also equipped with touch sensors that allow it to navigate and guide itself.
