PROTO-2 is a humanoid robot created by the Advanced Robotic Systems Lab in 2010. It was designed mainly to help develop a self-contained robot platform that is commercially ready. This research robotic can be operated through a remote PC but unfortunately cannot be operated wirelessly. For this robot, the researchers perfected an efficient, human-like gait. Also, PROTO-2 is able to show facial expressions using a Servo controller.
