  • The JSK Laboratories, together with the University of Tokyo, developed a small whole body tendon robot called the Rabbit. The JSK Laboratories is also the creator and developer of several robots like Kenta, Mike, and the Premium robot. The two organizations began the research and development of this robot in 1999.

    This rabbit robot, which has a multi-joint flexible spine, has the capability to do hard and soft movements. This is possible with the use of its six tendons. The rabbit is also capable of doing simple gymnastic movements.
