  • A cold-blooded reptile becomes robotic with this 2006 creation of WowWee. Patterned after the reptilian form, the Roboreptile is a four-legged walking robot that has the capacity to run fast and perform jumping actions. Its realistic biomorphic body movements give it a fiery look which is further enhanced by its flexible neck and whipping tail.

The multisensory environmental awareness of Roboreptile gives it the ability to roam around freely. The robot has sonic sensors for detecting loud and sharp sounds. Its infrared vision allows it to detect obstacles that are in its path and avoid them. It also comes equipped with a touch sensor, making it reactive to human touch.
