  • E3 is a biped humanoid robot developed by Honda in 1991 and is designed to walk faster than Honda’s older E Series robots.

Although its walking capability is not effective on uneven surfaces, E3 robot was the most advanced biped robot of that time which is a true developmental milestone in the world of robotics.

    Features:

    • Walking flexibility through its 12 degrees of freedom: 3 for each groin, 1 for each knee, and 2 for each ankle
    • Faster walking capability than its older versions at 3km/hour
