  • Ifbot is a humanoid robot developed by Japan’s Business Design Laboratory in April 2004. It is equipped with 10 motors and 104 LEDS as part of its mechanism.

    Its sensibility technology enables it to communicate with people using its own emotions by detecting the interlocutor’s emotions. It can do this just by hearing the tone of his/her voice and the words being used.

    Ifbot's facial expressions are mapped into its emotional space.
