Majingaa is designed after a popular anime character from the 1970s, the Great Mazinger. This extremely powerful robot by Team Majingaa has been in every Robo-One contest since 2002, and its latest triumph was in 2006 when it won the tournament.
Majingaa is controlled by a user wearing a unique body harness. This allows the robot to follow the user’s every movement. It is also said that this robot was the very first robot to be controlled internally. With this mechanism, the robot is not only fun to watch but has several advantages over its opponents during tournaments.
