Taking photos are one of the best things you can do for your friends and family. The problem is that it means you won’t be part of the picture. That’s now a thing of the past. With the new Sony Party-Shot (IPT-DS1), you can become part of the memory by being in the photo as well.

Party Shot is an automatic digital photographer developed by Sony. It works with Sony’s TX1 and WX1 Cyber-shotdigital cameras. Party-Shot takes pictures automatically using its facial detection and smile detection features. It is capable of tilting the camera to get the perfect angle and getting the right focus of the subject. Users can customize their own Party Shot and tinker with the picture-taking frequency, rotation angle and flash.

Two “AA” Alkaline Batteries or an AC adaptor are used to power the gadget. With Sony Party Shot, nobody gets left out. Just have fun and leave the shooting to something that was built for it.
