Waseda University developed another talking robot and named it WT-4. This robot can produce accurate human vocal sounds and copy human speech. It has 19 degrees of freedom in its vocal organs, and realistic artificial lips and tongue. Advanced resonance abilities allow WT-4 to speak continuously like a human would.
